LECTOR:

Purpose:
A ministry which provides for well-trained readers/proclaimers of God's Word at parish liturgies. Training is required and preparation important.

A well-trained lector can touch and move the whole assembly, serving as an instrument of God's grace. Lectors are usually assigned once or twice monthly (at the Mass of your choice).
