Youth Groups — Grades 6-12

The youth ministry at Holy Spirit Parish provides opportunities for junior high and high school students to be challenged in their faith and to participate in the life of the Church. Through prayer, service, catechesis, and fun Catholic fellowship, we strive to draw teens closer to Christ and the Church.

Our junior high youth group is very active, and usually meets the 2nd Sunday of each month, with additional events throughout the year. Here are just a few of the activities we have had this past year: topic discussions related to our Faith, Bible studies, snow tubing, Walking Stations of the Cross, Catholic game night, Progressive Night, New Life Dinner service project, work camp, movie night, and more. All 6-8th grade students are welcome to join any youth group activities.

Our high school youth ministry meets on the second Sunday of every month for food, social time, and a meeting of the Dead Theologians Society, as well as for various retreat and other opportunities throughout the year. More information on the Dead Theologians Society can be found at www.DeadTheologiansSociety.com. All high school students are invited to participate.
